Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, please email our customer care team at admin@womenslingerieco.com with the following information. You can use the template below to ensure we have all the details needed to assist you swiftly.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our support team will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions, including the return address. Please do not send any items back without this RA number, as it helps us process your request efficiently.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our team.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after delivery to our facility), we will notify you via email.

  • For Refunds: The refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • For Exchanges: If the requested size or color of your One Piece & Monokinis or Activewear is in stock, we will ship the new item to you. You will receive a tracking notification. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund or offer a store credit.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the hygiene and integrity of our intimate apparel, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Knickers French Knickers Multipacks (if any individual item has been removed from its original packaging)
