- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return.
- Exchanges: Available for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)
Email our customer care team at admin@womenslingerieco.com with the following details:- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Your full name and the email address used to place the order.
- Order number and details of the item(s) (Product Name, Size, Color).
- Reason for return/exchange (e.g., size issue, color difference).
- Receive Instructions & Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number, detailed instructions, and the return address. Do not ship items back without this RA number, as it is essential for processing. - Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA number inside the package. Ship to the address provided.Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing & Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after delivery to our facility), we will notify you via email.- For Refunds: The refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- For Exchanges: If the requested size or color (for items like One Piece & Monokinis or Activewear) is in stock, we will ship the new item to you with tracking. If out of stock, we will process a refund or offer store credit.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure the hygiene and integrity of our intimate apparel, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Knickers
- French Knickers
- Multipacks (if any individual item has been removed from its original packaging)
