4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email after your payment has been authorized and accepted by us.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

You authorize us to charge the total order amount (product price + shipping + any applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of order placement. We use secure encryption technology for all transactions.

• International Orders: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance.

4.4 Cancellations & Changes

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags.
• Process: You must contact us first at admin@womenslingerieco.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
